Gou and DuMont receive awards from NGWA

Posted on May 1, 2013 by Gretchen Miller

Congratulations to Si Gou, who won the Farvolden Award at the 2013 National Ground Water Summit in San Antonio for her presentation "Understanding Groundwater Uptake by Phreatophytic Vegetation using a System Dynamics Modeling Approach." Also congratulations to Andrea DuMont, whose project "Isotopic Analysis to Determine Groundwater and Stream Water Interactions in a Tropical Forest Catchment" was recently awarded funding from the National Ground Water Research and Education Foundation. The National Ground Water Association has been very good to our group recently!
